A warm stay in Agra's heart

Woke up to mesmerizing garden views and the warmth of the staff. The delicious Indian dinner was a delightful surprise, making our stay memorable despite some challenges.

Unfortunately, the AC had a lingering odor, and cobwebs in the room hinted at a need for better upkeep. The all-night honking made our first night a struggle.

No access to the pool or garden due to a wedding!!! Rooms cleaner would be beneficial, and a refresh of the tired decor would elevate the experience!!! Cleanliness and attention to maintenance should be prioritized!!!

Had a lovely stay at The Grand Imperial, Heritage Hotel! Our Deluxe Garden View Room was clean and spacious. The beautiful garden with a pool was perfect for relaxation, and the breakfast service was attentive with a great selection to choose from.

The Chamber of Prince was spacious and full of character, loved the original furniture vibe. The bathroom was modern but overall the decor felt a bit dated. I enjoyed having a pool view from the room. The comfy bed made it easy to relax after a long day, but the wifi was a bit spotty. Also, there's a nice touch with the complimentary henna offer. Not the most luxurious stay, but definitely cozy.

Our family enjoyed the stunning Mughlai architecture at the poolside gazebo, making for a perfect backdrop while watching the puppet show. The spacious garden provided a safe space for our kids to play, and the food was both tasty and reasonably priced.

In my wife’s opinion, the hot water situation was frustrating for the kids after a long day of sightseeing. It would really help if the hotel could ensure consistent hot water access for families with children.

It was just a strong match for a stopover in Agra with a reasonable price. The outdoor swimming pool was a nice touch for relaxing after sightseeing. Bring your own hair dryer as there’s only one available!

my second stay was even better than the first. the history and charm of the place truly make it feel like an oasis amidst agra's chaos. the attentive staff made me feel valued and at home, especially during my lovely welcome and delicious meals.
